To register for the MWM summer school, you need the following documents:

• Identity Document (Passport if you are not a EU citizen);
• Filled enrollment form (Download it here). Please note that there is no online attendance option;
• Curriculum Vitae;
• Recommendation letter.

All the documents should be in pdf format in order to be uploaded to the portal when required.

Once you have collected all the necessary documents, please go to the Alice portal and register.

The registration is open from November 1^st 2024 to April 30^th 2025.

The registration fee for the MWM Summer School is € 750,00.
As the school can only host a maximum of 64 students, a selection process will take place at the beginning of May 2025. If you have been chosen to take part in the MWM Summer School, you will be asked to pay the registration fee and receive instructions on how to do so.
Payment should be done until May 30^th 2025 and cannot be accepted after this deadline.
There will be a waiting list for those who did not get a place in the first run.

The registration fee includes: participation to all lectures and practical sessions, coffee breaks, lunches (5 days), and other refreshments. Expenses for accommodation are not included.
Participants are required to book their own hotel rooms.

Summing up - There are five steps of registration for the event:

• You register through the Alice portal, where you can upload all the required documents;
• You will receive a confirmation via email that your application has been received;
• There will be a selection process. If you have been chosen to take part in our Summer School, we will contact you by email and ask you to pay the conference fee;
• You will receive instructions for the payment. The fee can be paid by credit card or PayPal. Your registration cannot be completed until the conference fee is received. If we do not receive your payment until May 30th, your registration will be cancelled;
• You will receive confirmation of your payment via email. This finalizes your registration.
